We are loving the Mermaid Birthday Party trend. What’s not to love about all the pretty pastel colors,  glittery textures, and stunning mermaids!? Our inspiration came from the amazing ombré blue glitter backdrop that was hanging in the Papyrus window display. St. Patrick’s Day is one of my favorite holidays. I have no idea if I have any Irish running through my blood, but on March 17th, everyone’s Irish in my book! There’s just something fun about this holiday. Everyone gets to dress in green in hopes of not getting pinched. We get to eat yummy food like corned beef and cabbage and Irish soda bread to name a few. We also get to party! It’s fun to decorate with rainbows, pots of gold, and shamrocks.  I’m excited to share with you some fun St. Patrick’s Day Ideas and how I incorporated Oriental Trading products into my designs.

Decorations are an important part of any party or event. Your decorations can be simple or elaborate. Just make sure they match your theme and you stick to the color palette you selected. I usually add in decorations any way that I can. You can hang decorations, tie them to things, add stickers to embellish, or any other way you see fit.
