Can I just start out by saying I am beyond excited to be working with the Happy Family brand?! Though I was not paid to participate, Happy Family was generous enough to give me a couple bags of  their new Happy Tot Best Friends toddler cookies and these “blank” cookie jars. My kids begged me to break into these adorable, organic puppy-shaped cookies. Emerson, our 4 year old, literally asked me about 10 times if it was “time” to open them yet?! Let’s face it, I am a Mom of 4 young kids so New Year’s Eve usually consists of board games, eating, watching a movie, more eating, and a little drinking! By the time New Year’s Eve rolls around, I am so worn out with all the hustle and bustle of two kids birthdays and Christmas that I can’t possibly think of throwing together another party!

Okay, so I don’t think I’ve ever done this, but I can guarantee you that it will most DEFINITELY happen again! One hundred thousand seven hundred and ninety five is the number that comes to mind when I think of how many legos I pick up or step on in a day. Legos and I have a love hate relationship. I hate that I find them everywhere. In my bed, under the pillows, on the floor, in shoes, on the steps, in the bathroom, I mean it. They are everywhere! But I do love how much my kids love them. I love the things they build. I love how excited they get when they get a new lego set or the coveted mystery minifig. I love how they can spend hours building and creating only things their little minds can conjure up!
